> Michelle Jeram
Drum
> Michelle Jeram, Actor - Main Character: Drum. Michelle was a police officer for 23 years before being medically retired and becoming an actor in 2020. She has had roles in Liar, Eastenders and The Split and plays series regular, DS Simone 'Monty' Montrose in the BBC/BBC Scotland police drama Granite Harbour Season 1.

Michelle reccently wrapped on Season 2 of Granite Harbour and also the feature film Queen at Sea with Juliette Binoche, Tom Courtenay and Anna Calder Marshal.

> Sherise Blackman
The Interviewer
> Sherise Blackman is a writer and actress. Her debut pilot, GOOD SEX, was recently produced by Listen Entertainment for Audible and has been green lit for 8 episodes.
Sherise recently co-wrote a pilot for major US producer. Her sitcom series – MISERY LOVES HONEY – is currently in development with Dare Pictures. Sherise was a writer in the Sky series 'Dreamland' writers room.
Her notable acting credits include LINE OF DUTY (BBC), DOCTOR STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS (Marvel), PROFESSOR T (ITV), DOCTORS (BBC), EASTENDERS (BBC).

> Sam Grierson
Writer and Director
> Sam Grierson is an award winning writer and director who is autistic & ADHD and gay. Sam has previously written and produced plays which tackle later life autism and ADHD diagnosis and queer themes starring Miriam Margolyes, Lesley Joseph, Jane Asher, Sharon Morgan, Lorraine McIntosh, Richenda Carey and Heather Peace.
Sam was the winner of the Anna Kennedy Autism Hero award for the Arts in 2022. Sam has a podcast show entitled ‘Daring to be Different’ where they interview neurodivergent and queer people who have stood up and made change happen. Sam is also a public speaker on Leadership, Change, Audacity and Disruption.

Production Team
> Founded in 2018 we started as a small production team in Suzhou, China before opening a community interest company (cic) in late 2020 and building a diverse team in the UK (Birmingham).
We're named Bader after Sir Douglas Bader who's "can do" attitude we try to implement in our own work. So our mission is to use our skills in filmmaking to help amputees, as profits from our projects will go to charities and organisations that support the amputee community in the UK.

Our team has a vast range of skills including writing/directing/producing/sound recording and mixing/music production/photography and cinematography/visual effects/editing and drone flying.

With focus on themes such as feminism, mental health, the LGBTQ+ community, addiction, and climate change, her latest EP 'Full Circle (Part 1)' has been nominated for 'EP of the Year' in Scotland - highlighting Megan's new work and what is yet to come. Megan's music serves as a community for those seeking empowerment and positive change - one we're all invited to join!

Rose is a Fashion Designer and Stylist based in London, with experience of collection photoshoots and runways in the UK and Paris.
> Caitlin Flood - Molyneux
Artist
Caitlin Flood-Molyneux is an award-winning contemporary Welsh Artist. Their artistic practice investigates the relationship between pop culture imagery and the way in which we attach emotion and memory to images and use this to narrate their subjective experiences of hardship. The work is both deeply personal and universal, as it charts key moments of their life; a private and enigmatic visual story with which Flood-Molyneux invites the viewer to forge their own connection. Caitlin has exhibited across the UK, Hong Kong and New York. Recently Flood-Molyneux exhibited along side Madonna x Steven Meisel at Christie’s Auction House in London for Christie’s Late Pride Event.
